The Gentle Heart Headband features my February sigil for self-devotion—a heart held at the centre, a spiral returning inward, a quiet crown of self-honouring above.

This piece is designed for the in-between spaces: school runs, bike rides, grocery aisles, long walks, therapy sessions, altar resets. Lightweight and wide, it can be folded as a headband, worn as a bandanna, layered under a hood, or pulled up as a face warmer on cold days.

Printed in permanent inks and cut-and-sewn to order in Montreal, Canada, this ultra-stretch micro-knit fabric holds its shape, dries quickly, and keeps up with real life—sweat, snow, wind, movement.
