All items from are handcrafted, packaged with care, and shipped from our little workshop in British Columbia, Canada.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and sent within 3–5 business days.
During busy magical seasons (like Samhain or the Winter Solstice), processing may take a little longer.

✉️ Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable).

Please note: once your package leaves our hands, delivery times are in the care of the postal service. We can’t guarantee shipping speed or be responsible for carrier delays, customs slowdowns, or packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

💌 Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at covenmailclub@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.
Lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

🌙 Sustainability

Whenever possible, we reuse and recycle shipping materials to reduce waste. Your order may arrive wrapped in repurposed or eco-friendly packaging — all the love, none of the excess.
