All items are handcrafted, limited in nature, and made with care. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. You can contact us at covenmailclub@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Natural variations in colour, texture, or materials (as these are part of the handmade process)
