Some items — such as the Coven Mail Club — are offered as recurring subscriptions.

By subscribing, you agree to be billed automatically according to the interval you selected (for example, monthly).

You may cancel or update your subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at covenmailclub@gmail.com

Please note:

• Cancellations made after payment has been processed will apply to the next cycle.

• We cannot refund or cancel an order once it has been charged, shipped, or prepared for fulfillment.

• Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at your request, but partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription period.

All items are handcrafted and made to order, and each mail drop is curated specifically for that month’s theme — once the spell is cast, it can’t be undone. 🕯️
