By visiting or making a purchase from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions — simple, fair, and crafted with intention.
1. The Magic of Handmade
All items are made or assembled by hand. Variations in colour, texture, and materials are part of the charm — not considered defects. Each piece is unique, just like you.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, it enters the queue for fulfillment — cancellations or changes can’t be guaranteed after that point.
3. Shipping
Processing times and shipping estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for postal delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds

In short: because everything here is handcrafted and small-batch, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
5. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to the Coven Mail Club or any recurring product, you’ll be charged automatically at your selected interval. You can cancel any time before your next billing date. No refunds are provided once a charge or shipment has been processed. See our Subscription Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product names, photos, copy, logos, and designs — belongs to Tua Broom. Please don’t reproduce or resell any materials without written permission. Sharing with credit is always welcome; stealing the magic is not.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our products and rituals are created for inspiration, enjoyment, and personal spiritual practice. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Use common sense and follow safety guidelines when using candles, herbs, or ritual items. We are not responsible for misuse of products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
